Store Detail Report
Prerequisites
- You must have
READ
permission on at least one store
Access Store Detail Report

Click on a “Stores” icon on the Menu bar on the left to access Store Overview and scroll down to the bottom of the page.

In the table, choose a specific store to view the Store Detail Report.

In this report, you can change store as well as date range using the store filters and date range filters located the top of the page as below:
Choose Type of Report
Palexy divides Store Detail Report into 4 different reports:
- Overview
- Section
- Layout
- Customers Insight

Overview Report
Overview report is divided into two charts: overview chart and daymap chart.
Overview Chart
At the Overview chart, you can see common metrics such as Total Visits, Conversion Rate, Sale per Visitor, Net Sales, ATV, Interaction Rate.
To see more/less than these 6 indicators, click the Metrics selector. The metrics are divided into 4 groups: Traffic, Conversion, Sales, and Staff as below:
Note that overview Report can only show up to 10 metrics.
Each of these metrics will be represented by both summary numbers and charts. Click on each metrics to see the details of:
- The big number: The value of the metric in the selected period of time.
- The small number with up/down arrow: The comparative value of the metric against the previous time period.
- The chart shows the tendency of the data changes over a selected time period:
- The dark color shows the value of the selected period of time.
- The light color shows the value of the comparison period of time.
- View report in Line chart or Column chart by choosing the type of report in the lower right corner of the chart.
Choose “Group By” to group data by day, hour, week, and month.
Daymap Chart
The system displays 2 daymaps of the selected period and the comparison period:
- In each table, data is shown from opening hours to closing hours, from Monday to Sunday.
- Click on the Metrics scroll bar above the Table to choose the Metric for the report.
Based on the values of metrics, the system will divide into 5 groups from low to high corresponding to 5 colors from light to dark. The value column on the right of the daymap shows the highest value of the group.
- Hover the mouse over each cell in the table to see the value.
- View the chart by day, week or month by clicking on “Group By” located in the lower right corner of the chart.
Section Report
Below is an example of section report:

Each cell in the report has 2 values including:
- The value of that metric during the selection period (black color)
- The level of increase and decrease compared to the comparison period (red or green color).
Click on the header of each column to sort the values in ascending or descending order.
Layout Report
Below is an example of layout report:

In the report you can find:
- Area selector: If the store has multiple floors, select a specific floor.
- Metrics selector: There are 2 types of metrics: interaction and total visits
- Total Visits: the number of customers visiting the product sections.
- Interactions: the total number of interactions between store staff and customers in the product sections.
The Layout report presents data on the store’s 2D layout: one for the current period, one for comparison report. At each layout, the areas will be colored from light to dark corresponding to the value from low to high. The system will take the highest value and divide it into 10 equal intervals corresponding to the colors from light to dark.
Customer Insight Report
There are 2 types of data at the Customer Insight report:
- Age Range: Including 5 age groups Under 12, 12-20, 20-30, 30-40, Above 40
- Gender: Including Female and Male

Each type of data is represented by two types of graphs:
- Pie chart: Shows percentage of customers of each age group and gender compared to the total number of customers. Please click on the pie chart to view the detailed number.
- The graph: Shows the changes in the ratio of each age group and gender over time. Hover the mouse over the graph to view the detailed number. To view the chart by day, week or month by clicking on “Group By” located in the lower right corner of the chart.
