Reset/Recovery Password

In this section you will learn about how to reset/recover password using your email address.

  1. Go to https://ica.palexy.com, click on Forgot password? link to go to recover password page.

  2. In recover password page, input your email address to receive password recovery link.

  3. Confirmation message than email has been sent.

  4. Check your inbox for the email from palexy system, find the link as below image and click on it to go to reset password page:

  5. Below is the reset password page, input your new password to reset the password.

  6. After password is updated successfully, click on the link to login again
