Getting Started
This article shows you how to log in and open a report inside Palexy platform.
Log in
- Go to https://ica.palexy.com and enter your provided username and password. (If you do not have username and password please ask your admin)
- If you landing page look similar to below image, you have logged in successfully, welcome to Palexy!
If you forget your password: you may see the forgot password link below LOG IN button, please follow the link to reset your password.
Explore your first report

Your report should look similar to the below image

In the chart you can see all important metrics at first glance compared to previous period. In the table you can see data grouped by stores and compared with previous period also. Please click on Conversion Rate metrics to see its detail grouped by days.

You can also view data grouped by hour by clicking on group by button at the bottom right of the chart.

Voila, below are the data grouped by hour. You have made your first exploration using Palexy data platform. This is just a very brief introduction about our powerful report interface, please read on for more detail.
Log out

You can find log out options the top right corner of the application as below.

Click on the button and you will be logged out.
